InnoSuccess brief profile

InnoSuccess was incorporated in July 2016 and in a very short time, thanks to the experience and skills of its founders, manages to settle in the beating heart of the most important European pathways for innovation and development.

Embedded in a crammed network of partnerships of European range, InnoSuccess actively participates in the process of growth at three levels:

  1. Directly as an actor at the forefront, providing its expertise and contributing to the discussions and works that are held within the European Parliament, during the local and international events organized by the various DGs of the European Commission, in quality of  Scientific & Policy Manager within the European Technology Platform for Water (and in a large number of projects in which WssTP is involved as partner), in the Water JPI, and inside international organizations, networks and other technological platforms, with a special focus on the areas of environment, energy and water;
  2. By the way of the dissemination of information and the realisation of training for universities, masters, international organisations and schools of specialisation;
  3. Supporting its clients (universities, research centers, enterprises, associations, international organizations) in the development and implementation of paths for innovation and growth.

InnoSuccess’ working methodology is based on a comprehensive approach that integrates two kind of professional competencies, experiences and skills:

  • Technical, and
  • Cross-cutting

In this way, scientific contents (technological innovation) become applicable, concrete and extremely effective through their integration with cross cutting specific capacities (systemic management of change, relationship management and communication, empowerment, capacity building,...), which are indispensable to the realisation and achievement of really inclusive, shared, owned, effective, relevant and sustainable change processes.
